I can never tell what's going to be in each month's club box -- they're so well-packed that even shaking it gently doesn't give me a clue. But this month's box had a definite metallic sound to it when I carried it into the house. I could hardly wait to unpack it and see what was inside, and I wasn't disappointed.

I can remember seeing jewelry made from these when I was a little kid back in the 1970s, and I really wanted to just drop everything and start beading this piece!

I don't often use beads in these colors, so I'm definitely looking forward to the challenge of creating a lovely springtime necklace or bracelet with them.

I could hardly wait to get my hole punching pliers and my Vintaj Patina Inks out and start painting and punching. These are going to make some truly amazing vintage-style jewelry!
