Guess the number of seed beads in this mini-hank and you might win it! |
These size 6 seed beads are 3-cuts with a mixed picasso finish. This particular mix was made just for A Grain of Sand, and the process used to create them is quite involved: the seed beads are given three cuts during production, then sent off to get a special picasso finish. Once the finish has been applied, the beads are sent off to a different location to be fire-polished in a high-temperature oven. Made in the Czech Republic, these seed beads are perfect for kumihimo projects.
Do you want to win a mini-hank of these great seed beads? Just take a guess at how many beads are on this hank (pictured), and the person to guess the number closest to the actual number of beads will in a 40 gram mini-hank of these beautiful seed beads. (In the case of multiple correct guesses, the first guess will be selected as the winner.) Just leave your guess as a comment here on the Beading Daily blog, and we'll announce the winner on Friday, November 1, 2013!
Meanwhile, if you want to purchase your own hank, you can find them over at A Grain of Sand, along with loads of other beautiful new and vintage beads and jewelry-making treasures.
Good luck, and Bead Happy!
