The September shipment of the Bead Hoard Curiosities Club from A Grain of Sand had a wonderful and diverse selection of vintage beads and jewelry making components to get me inspired! Check out my favorite picks from this month's club shipment:

| Image may be NSFW. Clik here to view.  | Vintage cabochons are my weakness when I'm buying beads, and this month I definitely got my fix from the Bead Hoard Curiosities Club. I was bowled over by the sparkle of the yellow vintage Czech glass faceted stone, and the red glass teardrops will be the perfect addition to my next bead embroidery necklace. Red and green pointed-back glass stones will make the perfect holiday necklace, and the amethyst vintage Swarovski sew-ons are going to make someone on my holiday gift list very, very happy. | |

I loved the three different colors of the funky shaped aluminum drops, and the textured frame will be perfect for my next resin jewelry making project. There was also a healthy length of vintage gold-plated chain and a small length of crystal cup chain in pastel colors. |
Other favorite items from this month's box were a huge bag of vintage wood beads from the Philippines, a bag of vintage wound glass beads in a lovely, deep maroon color, a few adjustable ring findings, some beautiful small Bakelite rings, and a handful of charming little brass drops. It was so much fun to sort through the beads again this month!
